You can contact the Tracepu editorial team about an article, a tool explanation, a privacy concern or a business enquiry. We cannot access exchange accounts or resolve a trade, deposit or withdrawal.
This address is for general enquiries. Sending an email does not mean it has been read or that you will receive a reply. Do not rely on it for an urgent security incident or a deadline.
We do not promise a fixed response time. What we can investigate will depend on the information available and our capacity at the time.
Make the issue easy to find
- Include the Tracepu page address and section heading.
- Quote the sentence or number you want us to check, and explain what seems wrong or unclear.
- For a changed platform rule, include a public official source without referral parameters and the date you viewed it.
- For a tool problem, give the trading pair, the displayed error and roughly when it happened.
We use the corrections process to distinguish an error from an external rule change or a wording problem. A report is a useful lead, but it does not by itself establish which statement is correct.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, API keys, recovery phrases, private keys, identity documents, bank details or complete trading records. We do not need them to check an explanation. If a screenshot is necessary, remove information unrelated to the question before sending it.

Open the support section from the exchange app or a website address you have independently checked. Tracepu cannot restore a login, freeze a transfer, cancel an order or recover funds. Do not trust an unsolicited message that asks for a code, key or payment to fix the problem.
Business enquiries
